Write from the email on your account if you have one, so we can find it. Never send ID numbers, card numbers or passwords.
In the app
Once YardHound launches, use Help in the app for anything about a specific job. It attaches the job details for you.
Disputes about a job's work must be filed in the app within 72 hours of the job being marked done.
Who we are
YardHound is operated by Mike Banta, a sole proprietor based in Spokane, Washington, USA. Card payments and worker payouts are processed by Stripe.
Safety emergencies
If someone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first, then tell us. Reports about the safety of a minor go to the top of our queue.
